Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the 3djilli platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 3djilli reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit any bonus balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 3djilli login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered Philippine mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 3djilli will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.
You must notify 3djilli immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. 3djilli shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
3djilli is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You may be required to submit a government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be withheld until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
You may request the closure of your 3djilli account at any time by contacting the support team. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and any applicable verification requirements.
All deposits on 3djilli are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. 3djilli does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval during business hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take 1–3 business days.
3djilli reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or incomplete KYC documentation.
The 3djilli platform operates exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱). All account balances, wagers, winnings, and transaction records are displayed and processed in PHP. 3djilli does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.

If a resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, the dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
3djilli operates within the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation). Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority.
